Starting a smoothie and juice bar is personal for me. In 2018 I watched cancer take over my Mom's body in four different areas. I started to do my research and wanted to find out how I could use my culinary skills to make her feel better when she couldn't keep food down. Finding out that her body needed the nutrients from natural fruits, vegetables, and herbs. I started blending smoothies and juicing for her. As her body began to get stronger, I was inspired to further my research on the benefits of juicing for the rest of my family as well as for my health. By drinking juice your body can absorb nutrients quickly, without having to digest fibers and other components in whole foods.

Juice also allows you to get a broader intake of vitamins, minerals, fruits, and vegetables, more than you may be getting on a regular diet. This will allow you to experience a better way of health, wellness and a new way of life. Helping others build new and healthy habits have now become my mission and inspiration to start ZEN ALIVE! I have been making juices and smoothies for friends and family for over two years. Now it's time for me to open a storefront to provide better health for my community.
